MORGANTOWN, WEST VIRGINIA - Two people from the same Morgantown dental office have been indicted for fraudulently collecting nearly $30,000 in COVID-related unemployment benefits. Eric Garrett Riggs, 29, of Reader, WV a., was indicted by the Wetzel County Grand Jury on two felony charges of Delivery of a controlled narcotic substance (Heroin) and Delivery of a controlled narcotic substance (Fentanyl).
